The reclining mechanism has been repaired twice and has failed thee times. Two time while the vehicle was in motion, once at highway speed. Parts are not available for correct repair.
Passenger seat will not lock in place unless you push down on seat lever located under seat. Unable to put car seat in vehicle as we fear seat will fly forward. This has been broken for about 6 months.
The vehicle was involved in a collision. The passenger side safety belt had come unbuckled when the collision occurred. The consumer was traveling down the road at approxiamately 30 mph with his/her daughter buckled in her child restraint seat on the passenger side. A young man was backing out of a driveway claiming he didn't see the vehicle and impacted the passenger side. Upon impact, the passenger belt had unbuckled, putting the daughter and her seat to the floorboard.
Front passenger seat failed to remain locked in position with a passenger sitting in it. When brakes were applied passenger's seat would go forward, causing passenger to hit dashboard and into windshield. Contacted manufacturer, and was informed too many miles on vehicle to do anything.
While getting into vehicle driver's side seat collapsed. Dealer/manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that nothing could be done due to vehicle being out of its warranty. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.

Consumer was traveling about 15mph on a side street and without prior notice driver's side seat went back into back seat. Bolt and anchor broke. Dealership was aware of problem.
Ongoing problem with driver shoulder belt continuing to tighten upon driver while driving. Driver would have to unlatch belt buckle to get it to release itself. But, problem kept reoccurring. Also, driver's seat moves whenever brakes are applied in a sudden / emergency situation or when jerking the seat back and forth. Dealer refused to repair because vehicle was out of its warranty, and not covered under a manufacturer's recall.
