I also have defrost problem no air coming out defrost vents. this is my second dodge truck. It is really a nice truck loaded with most every thing you can get on a truck but I have had more recalls on it more than any I have had. this is my second ram, my other was a 2009 model. last time I carried to dealer, did not have part to fix the recall and this is something simple as a pinion nut .You know when you pay a premium price for something you should get a premium product I am seriously thinking about going back to a ford.
