Vehicle had finished warming up, with foot on brake and putting vehicle in reverse, it started jumping backwards and stalled. Consumer put vehicle in park, retarted it, and it took off. After a mile, vehicle started losing power. Mechanic and consumer were going for a test ride, and vehicle woldn't go into any gears.
