The main issue is the ordering of parts to repair the Safety recall 23S64 - the car is at the local Ford delaership, and it has been 2 months - the parts have NOT arrived, the Ford dealer will not give me a loaner car, and I'm paying a monthly car loan payment, and borrowing a friend's car for my wife to go to work. Need advice as to what to do !!!
