Headlights are too high, too bright, and 5000K+ color, which has been documented to upset circadian rhythms in most, and causes agitation, or even seizures, in a small percentage of the population
DanvilleVA24543-0062United States1/1/2026"These lights are extremely blinding and have been the specific cause of several near accidents by a friend when I was a passenger. They should be outlawed outright. Period. Jerk drivers nowadays don't bother to dim them either. They should also force manufacturers to put all of them at the same height from the road, most especially those huge pickups that jerks drive to make themselves proud and better than everyone else, that have billion candlepower headlights blasting in your rear view mirrors that blinds everything, the road, your dashboard, your windshield, the interior of your car, as well as in the front of your face. Respectfully submitted, except for the jerk idiots who don't dim their lights even when the low lights are too bright to start with. [XXX] [XXX] Danville, VA" INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Headlights are TOO bright and blinding making it difficult to drive safely especially at night. Not kind fo eyes like headlights in the past. Please get rid of these and return to previous ones that allowed for safe and healthy driving.

The headlights on this truck are fogging up every time it rains. Ford says it-??s -??normal-??. Fogging of headlights seems like a no brainer safety issue. These are LED headlights so the lights don-??t get warm/don-??t reduce fogging with heat. Fords technical service bulletin says this is acceptable fogging. I know of no other vehicle that has fogging headlights. This is a known issue for 2024/2025 Ford F150.
The contact owns a 2024 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the blind spot detector alert system stopped functioning on the driver's and passenger-??s side. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to a dealer who advised that there was water inside the rear driver's side taillight through a hairline fracture and was causing the short circuit of the feature. The contact stated that there were two cracks, and one crack was showing on the surface of the taillight assembly, and the other crack was forming on the inside of the assembly. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 18,000.
The component that is malfunctioning is the LCD dash screen that contains all of the dash indicators (Speed, RPM, gear indicator, etc.). The issue is that without warning, different colored lines flash across the screen. It is distracting and I am quite worried that if the screen goes out, I will not know how fast I am going, and I won't be able to see any of the dash indicators related to the system status. It is getting worse every day that I have the vehicle, and now the whole screen is flickering. I purchased the vehicle approximately 3 days ago and the issue has recurred every single day and I have taken a video every time it occurs (as of this report I have 7 videos). The vehicle has not been confirmed by the dealer or others because the dealer will not let me bring it in until their next available appointment on 3 March 2025. There are no warning lamps or messages that come up. Typically the symptoms appear after the vehicle is fully warmed up, or if the heater has been running for a while.
The item currently malfunctioning is the instrument cluster and infotainment display of the vehicle. While driving, the instrument cluster and infotainment display intermittently flashes on and off while the vehicle is in motion, resulting in the speed and other information to disappear while moving. Dealer has not been able to replicate the issue due to it being intermittent. The component was inspected by the dealer but root cause unable to be determined as issue was not able to be replicated. The vehicle is not displaying any warning lights, messages, or DTCs. After some searching online, multiple people are experiencing similar issues with the instrument cluster flickering with driving.
