The switches for the door locks, windows, and power mirrors need their contacts cleaned periodically. Take the control panel off the door, then unplug and remove the switches from the panel. Carefully pull apart the switch(es) with a flathead screwdriver, taking time to note how the plastic around the switch is held on. Do not pry the plastic off unless you want to replace the switch.
