Steering wheel sticks over 40 mph. The car pulls to the side and feels unsteady. Why is this not recalled?

Civic EX 4 cyl

  • CVT transmission
  • 60,000 miles

The steering sticks, especially at higher speeds and you have to constantly correct it. This is DANGEROUS! I'm scared to death that they won't fix the car. This is a SAFETY ISSUE. I'll be driving along and suddenly It'll veer and almost slip out of my hand, for no reason. I have to correct it and sometimes overcorrect. I'll be taking it to a dealership ASAP.

Civic Sadan 1.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 30,100 miles

Sometime last week I got EPS light on dashboard. I continued driving for few days and last night all of sudden my car would not move. After I start, wait for some time, then it moves but very hard/heavy to drive.

shaking and pulling to the left

Took my car in for the sunroof/windows, ipod/bluetooth; shaking and pulling. The sunroof and windows are working now. The shaking and pulling I was advised to get an alignment and tire rotation, which i did. The ipod and bluetooth concerns were never addressed. As i drove the car home that night i noticed the steering wheel is at a 90 degree angle to the right and if i try to put it straight i veer off to the middle of the road, then i notice the shifting is off the cars shift patterns are not shifting properly, then i notice black grease on the roof of the inside of my interior. I called the dealer and of course i have to take the car back again.
