I have a friend with a 2011 Genesis. It makes the same rattle at startup. I use synthetic oil because of high mileage. This car is a road horse, and I'll take another one just like it. Ignore the noise at startup, after startup, you Azera and Genesis owners don't hear the noise - do you? Enjoy the ride.
