I didn't know about the car complaint about this vehicle. I brought it into my dealer for a new battery in July 2022 and nobody mentioned or corrected the recall for the Knock Engine software update. I also mentioned the excessive oil consumption 1-2 quarts of oil every thousand, 2 thousand miles. No comment from the service dept.!
I bought it used, owe mucho bucks and Hyundai Motor America is refusing to replace the engine.
