The contact owns a 2010 Hyundai Elantra touring. The tire brand was kumho solus KH16 and the tire size was P215/45/R17 (na). The contact stated that both front driver and passenger side tires developed bubbles on the sidewall of the tire causing the vehicle to become unbalanced as if he were riding on an uneven pavement. The dealer informed the contact that they were unable to provide a warranty tires and offered no further assistance. The manufacturer informed the contact that the tires were low profile and due to the area of the contacts residence that he would continue to experience the failure. The failure mileage was 3,400.
