Driviers seat memory module keeps failing and seat won't adjust. On occasion seat pushes driver close to the dash and won't allow to adjust the seat back or forward. Replaced memory module and issue returned.
The contact owns a 2009 Hyundai Genesis. While driving various speeds, the driver's seat moved independently. The failure occurred intermittently. The dealer could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 33,000.
