This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
We just recently purchased this car. The headlights are more like spot lights instead of flood. At night, the low beam bulbs direct a light down low, and there's a horizon above them, which is dark. It's a horizontal line ahead of you. When you start down a hill, towards the bottom, the dark area completely covers the road ahead. You cannot see anything in front and above you, like the road climbing in front of you. Also, that horizontal dark line moves up and down with the bumps in the road, and almost brings on motion sickness. If we get in a hilly area, that could become possible. The dealer won't adjust the lights higher, because they're in spec, now. This is dangerous, and should be addressed.
