Car has been in the shop for 11 days now and nobody okayed the repair. The front end grill needs to be replaced before they can even test drive the car. The electric engine will not work without proper ventilation. I spoke with my insurance company to have them authorise the repair now and if necessary fight it out with the manufacturer.

We are paying for a lease on an expensive new car we cannot use. The car was in the Chicago auto show in February 0f 2020 and is probably a Beta Car. Because of COVID 19 the dealer cannot give me a loaner car. The car rental costs us more than the lousy $30 a day that the American Family insurance company will pay for it.

Frustrated is not the right term for how we feel about this happening on a 6 week old car.
