My problem is the commitment given by Dealer while purchasing this KONA ELECTRIC is not fulfilled. The company's broacher and sales executive had confirmed that this car will give me 452 Km mileage in single charging of Battery.( As per ARAI condition).
Your service center engineers also have checked thoroughly. They kept my car at service center two/three times. However, we have never seen 100% charging of battery at 452 Km mileage on display before starting of driving the car, in fact the display readings were at the most was 384 Km only, which I feel breach of confidence & Credibility of such great organization like HYUNDAI.
The very reason purchasing of this car was mileage in single charge basis as per ARAI condition. My question to you is that How you can claim that this car will go 452 Km in single charge? when your 100% fully charge battery shows on display that this car can go 384 Km Millage only? before even driving the car? ( I must have recharged battery at least 3/4 times Sir.
