The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The contact stated that when the lock button was depressed, the locks engaged for less than a minute before unlocking. Additionally, the front passenger-??s side door was shown to be unlocked even though the doors were all securely locked. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
