Received an email from the Blue Link Service that the car battery was low. Went to check vehicle and was unable to enter the vehicle since it was completely dead. Tried to enter with the key and removing the cover on the driver side door handle unable to since it was a real pain! Called service and they jump the car. Had car brought to the dealer since it was a new vehicle that was less than 9 months old. Should not have done that!
Dealer was unable to find an issue. Said it started every time for them and battery appeared fine. I told them I could show them the email that was sent to me from Bluelink. Prior to this issue I was getting a lot of notifications from the Blue Link Service. After getting back from the dealer it wasn't so "chatty". I do believe the dealer did something but did not relay the information and could have been the initial prep by the dealer to get the vehicle out the door. Since then vehicle has been fine.
