Steering was horribly scary. I brought to a mechanic, he said it had to be a common issue with the availability of parts so early.

Hyundai has recalled the sonata and Elantra for the same issue but hasn't recalled the Veloster but has the same $2.00 part that is failing and have the clunk noise and the play in steering wheel called dealership to discuss fixing the matter they said we haven't done any steering couplings or had any issues with Veloster well mine is and I ask how much to fix without even hesitating $388.00 will fix it I'm like if there is no problems and you haven't had issues with the steering coupling then how do u know how much to fix it. Hmmm. If the part is failing in the Hyundai cars why wont they recall the car with the failing part they waiting for someone to get killed before they anything. I am going to see about the coupling problems and get my voice heard anyway I can

I'm having the steering column issue that is covered on the Sonata recall, but no recall yet for the Veloster. I've looked online and it would cost around $300 to repair. A recall really should be issued.
