Hi! A couple weeks ago i noticed the horn in my 2024 Hyundai Venue Limited was not working. My husband made an appointment to take it in to the dealership for the soonest available date which was about a couple weeks from that day. About a week later, the dashboard screen where you see the speedometer, odometer, etc. went completely black. You couldn-??t see how fast you were going, how much gas is in the tank, your tire pressure, and a lot more vital information. This happened on a sunday so the dealerships were closed so I disconnected and reconnected the battery which seemed to temporarily fix the screen issue. Upon investigating online, I found numerous other people who have had the same issue with the horn as well as their screen going black. This is a safety issue because if someone is going into my lane or being a hazard on the road in general, i am unable to use my horn to get their attention which greatly increases the risk of an accident. Also, the screen randomly going black is super dangerous as well because I cannot see how fast i-??m going, i can-??t see if my tire pressure is low or too high, I can-??t see if i need an oil change soon, and so much more. please take this seriously and look into this. thank you for your time!
