The contact stated the right hand side of the vehicle was out of alignment because the cambers were too far out. The alignment shop explained to the contact the maximum out on the vehicle was 5.8 this vehicle was 5.5 on the right hand side and 0.0 on the left hand side. This caused the tires to wear out quickly even with rotation. The dealership would not provide assistance. The contact was the original owner of the vehicle and it has never been in an accident.
