Worsening clunking sound heard from the left rear of vehicle; dealer diagnosis is rear strut damage caused by defective rubber bushings. Service mgr recommends replacement of both struts due to collateral damage to the struts. Serv mgr stated that this premature problem is commonly seen in the xg and sonata models, many found within the 60K warranty period. Also stated that frequency of problem should be cause for tsb consideration.
