The car stalls when you are driving. All the lights turn on and freak out. The radio will shut off and turn on when the car is not on. The windows roll up-and-down. The car acts possessed.

I deliver mail in Northern MI. I needed a dependable 4wheel drive vehicle so I spent 16,000 dollars on a 2012 compass with relatively low mileage. 6 weeks later the vehicle would not start. I had it towed to a reputable mechanic who told me the TIPM was bad and the wiring underneath was corroded. I had to pay another towing bill to get it taken to the dealership where they told me it would cost 2000 dollars to fix. I told fox motors in Charlevoix MI they could have the vehicle back if they weren't willing to fix the problem for free since it was obviously a preexisting problem they had failed to fix before they put the vehicle for sale on their lot. They replaced the part. Less than 18 months and 30,000 miles later the TIPM needs to be replaced again fortunately for me the repair is still under warranty but it has taken more than two weeks to fix and I have lost nearly a thousand dollars in wages and had to use every bit of my vacation days waiting for this issue to be resolved. The vehicle is still not ready and I'm on the verge of losing my job. I am a single parent supporting a family of 4. I'll be feeding my children ramen noodles for the next month because jeep/chrysler cant seem to get their poop in a group, and if its not fixed soon I'll be without a job and since employment is hard to find up here we will probably have to go on government assistance. does jeep/ chrysler care about their customers at all?
