I have a 2018 kia forte that has 217082 miles on it first time at the smog shop just found out that it needs a new catalytic. ok no problem yea right u think $1500 to replace no for a new catalytic its $ 90000 for a new one in California I'm pretty pissed off I got a kia that 8 years old worth about $3800 blue book and the catalytic converter more then the f*cking car is worth. Just a head up for people who have kia forte 2018 if your catalytic goes out good luck it's just a fucken crap that it b so much money to replace. So just figure i go here to voice my dismay about kia i will never own again.

The biggest thing is if i was to spend that on this car an say 6 month down the line the motor blows up I be out 9000 plus the car so i just don't understand y the part is so much money maybe kia can Answer that one.
