In the driver's seat of my Kia K900, the air conditioned seat fans will pop and creak during corners, accelerating from a stop, getting inside the car, or just adjusting my position while in the seat. I can actually feel them move and pop when it happens. They also don't cool as well as the other areas of the seat. Kia seems to be having a lot of issues with build quality, fit and finish, and the luxury items that luxury car buyers expect to have and to work without issues.
