To whom correspond,

In 11/12/10, we purchased a 208 KIA Sedona mine van (KNDMB233086250196) along we purchased a a service contract from 11-12-10 to 11-12-14 or 86,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

From the very beginning we started having problems with the van, we have been taking it to Jim Click KIA on 775 W. Wetmore, Tucson, AZ 85705 (520)408-6350 Deler Code AZ0044

On 12/02/10 we took it for oil leaks and for replacement of the REAR DOOR LATCHES on both sides 44,330

On 04/30/11 REAR DOOR LATCHES on both sides and LEFT FRONT TURN SIGNAL BULB 50,386 mileage

On 10/03/11 TURN SIGNALS INTERMITTENTLY because they will stop working for a couple of times then then would work fine and they will keep alternating. We have taken it to Fletches to replace the light bulbs because we thought they were burning. They kept replacing the bulbs about every three months alternating from the right bulb to the left bulb. So Jim Click replaced the signal sockets and bulbs. 56,451 miles

On 10/12/11 The ground contact in sockets were not making contact with Bulb they were replaced by Jim Click KIA

On 03/03/14 We took the van for them to check the HEADLIGHT because we thought it was burned and the RIGHT SLIDING DOOR does not lock and unlocks. They refused to correct them because our purchase service has ended.

Over six months ago we took the van to Gerber Collision & Glass to get a dent fixed. They replaced the right head light as of curtsey. Two days later stopped working, then when we took it to Fletcher to be replaced again, automatically started working again. It has been doing that on and off. It seems like there is a bad connection between the socket and the bulb. This should be a recall issue like the signal lights. As of right now, the right head light doesn't work and Jim Click quoted us $67.83 for the headlight and $394.32.

This van has a lot of manufacture failures so we are asking you to review this complain and we would appreciate it if you could fix at no cost what should be consider a recall. We don't want to report this to the BBB

Sincerely

Dane Beko
