I purchased a new 2023 Kia Telluride June 7, 2023. I did and test drive before purchase and love the car. My old car was 21 years old and did not have all the new computerized features and I had to take time to learn them. I did not drive the car at night until Aug 9th. The experience was horrifying. I went to a meeting in the daylight and had to drive home in the dark. The low beam lights were allowing me to see far enough ahead to be safe. The upper Half of my windshield view was completely black and the lights would only shine a few feet ahead of me. I had a hard time getting home. I called the dealer and took it in to be checked. They said my lights are normal and did nothing. I had my son-in-law drive it to see if it was just me and he declared it unsafe and told me not to drive it at night unless I left my headlights on high beam 100% of the time. That is not safe either. This needs recalled and fixed. Please help. I paid over $53,000 for a car I cannot drive safely.
