My brakes do not work as they should I have to pump them to stop, I have had them replaced and bled they will work for a day or two and then start to fail again, my pedal goes all the way to the ground and still doesn-??t stop the vehicle
Takata recall. The contact owns a 2010 Lexus ES350. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16V340000 (air bags). While driving 50 mph, the contact had to abruptly depress the brake pedal, but it failed to respond. As a result, the contact rear ended another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, but was not diagnosed or repaired. There were no injuries and a police report was filed. Prior to the crash, the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was taken to sterling mccall Lexus (10025 southwest fwy, houston, tx 77074, (713) 995-2600) where it was confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 100,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
