Before this incident, I truly thought Toyota truly believed in building quality automobiles. In addition, Lexus went up a few notches in building quality cars, and added the luxury and named the cars LEXUS.
Oh BOY, was I wrong? I was dead wrong!
I bought this car BRAND NEW in Sept, 2013. 1. When I bought this car, it had steering rubbing noise, and a feeling of "binding" while driving. 2. The car won't start - Happened few times. 3. Sunroof exploded. NO, there was no rock or any other article that hit is. 4. Now the brakes start "jerking".
ALL OF IT, when the mileage is under 22,000.
When I contacted Lexus - I was responded -"Please be assured that Lexus has documented your dissatisfaction."
I will never buy a Lexus again! I took the time to write this as I do not want anyone to get fooled by thinking "Iexus builds quality automobiles".
