2014 Lexus ES350. I noticed after I purchased the vehicle pre owned that the 1st Bank head gasket was leaking coolant into the valley. Very disappointing. Doesn’t seem to be a common issue, however it can happen. Car has too few miles to have overheated. Water pump and thermostat is in good condition. Appears to be a factory defect. Cost of repair is high.
