Consumer had an accident as a result of the defect in the vehicles' stability control stated in recall number 98 V 080 000, but vehicle is not included in recall, because the recall is for the previous year vehicle's(1998). Ts after pressing lightly on the brake pedal the warning light for the traction control blinked and the vehicle started spinning and the driver lost control.
