Overall Its been a decent car to own, however I'm feeling a little ripped off. After buying this car from a dealership (South Point Edmonton) and paying over $6000 more for the car than I could have privately, I'm now finding out that the coverage I bought is not done by Lexus at all... It's completely a 3rd party company. I wish I could get my money back very badly. Not only is my money gone but I don't get any coverage that was gone over to me at the time of purchase.

Because it was winter when I bought the car, I didn't roll the windows down. The car is only 7 years old, it never occurred to me that those things wouldn't work any longer. Now I'm stuck with a car that the back windows don't work. I've managed to get them to work a couple times but a month ago I rolled them down and got home and couldn't get them back up. Lucky I have a garage and it's spring now cause they were stuck for 3 weeks. I've since got them back up and been laughed out of the dealership. Thanks guys. I'll never buy another car from a Lexus dealer as long as I live! The money I would have saved going private would have paid for that problem and many others to be fixed.
