Aviator Reserve 3.0L V6

When the air conditioning is turned on, the engine has a very audible "RATTLE" that can heard and also be felt inside the cabin of the Aviator. The rattle is heard and felt when the vehicle is stationary in Park, Reverse and Drive. It does go away while driving. Very ANNOYING and bothersome, especially since the Aviator was nearly $ 73,000. I drove a $29,000. Nissan Kick for several days and it was quieter, no rattle or vibration when the AC was on. I had it into the dealership to address this disturbing issue. NOT FIXED. Thinking of turning this Aviator over to my companys' legal department and have them take it up with Lincoln Corporate.

Luxury Aviator sounds like a cheap hotrod due to engine noise. Anything but quiet. I read Lincoln pipes engine sound into the inside of the SUV for some reason. I'm suspect this adds to the engine noise problem.

Whoever designed the engine and made that decision at Lincoln should be fired. As a Ford stockholder I am really upset by this design by a company in which I own stock. If I wanted a cheap hot rod sound I would have bought one. If you buy a luxury vehicle - you want it to be quiet.
