The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Navigator. While driving 40 mph, the contact heard a clunking noise and the ABS activated without warning. The dealer stated that the ABS sensor caused the failure. They replaced the sensor; however, the failure recurred. As of December 13, 2007, the dealer had not repaired the vehicle. The failure mileage was 5,000 and current mileage was 22,000. Updated 01-10-08. The consumer stated the problem has occurred 4 additional times. Updated 12/31/07
