My new 2012 Mazda3 GS Skyactive 6M Sedan may surge, when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. Ive been driving manual for over 30 years now and never experienced that before. It takes you completely by surprise. Many other owners complain about down shifting acceleration and may confuse the two but its definitely on up shifting from 3 to 4th gear, on my car. There is definitely an issue here and I hope Mazda addresses it soon.
