The infotainment system screen has been going crazy ghosting and continuously bouncing back and forth while on navigation, radio or blue tooth for phone. Screen starts beeping while vehicle is either parked, stopped at a light or moving. The navigation system will not allow you to enter an address as it starts jumping between screens and the blue tooth starts automatically calling the first person listed in the contact list. When trying to use the blue tooth, the screen starts jumping around and will not allow you to use the screen as it keeps coming up 5555 across where the numbers are to pair the phone.

When googling the problem, there is a TSB from Mazda acknowledging they are aware of the problem, offering to extend the warranty to repair for being defective provided screen passes their diagnostic testing when they plug it in to test screen. Mazda will not replace the screen under their extended warranty if screen does not pass their diagnostic test, even if the screen displays the problem of what is covered under their extended warranty, which was the case for me. Mazda service did not replace the screen even after we spoke to the service department and had ordered the part based on our explanation of the problem.
