The contact owns a 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230. The contact stated that the passenger side seat warmer was progressively becoming hotter than expected. The last time the seat warmer was being used it burned a hole through the leather material on the seat and burned the passenger's, the contact's wife, leg. Medical attention was not needed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.
