The contact owns a 2010 Mercedes-Benz C300. While driving various speeds, the headlights and interior lighting failed. Upon exiting the vehicle, the interior lighting remained illuminated and drained the battery. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuse box failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
