Damage to steering wheel surface from external influences
Remedy
Please create a PTSS case with the following information:
â?¢ Informative pictures of the surface damage
â?¢ Record a video checking whether the steering wheel surface can be moved with the thumbs (see example video)
â?¢ Photo of steering wheel label
Answers for the following questions:
â?¢ Is the steering wheel tacky?
â?¢ Does the steering wheel smell?
â?¢ Are there any traces of cosmetics or similar products on the steering wheel?
