The car sounds like a tank rolling along except this is like it has a cat screeching under the hood.
Apparently the engineers and powers that are at Ford decided to run front end joints with plastic or other materials instead of grease or lube points. Dumb idea on a car used in taxis and police fleets where they run for hundreds of thousands of miles. It sure brings in a steady stream of income. I will find out tomorrow what my contribution to this fund will cost.
Another common engineering problem on this otherwise great workhorse of a car.
