Seat belts front both sides, nothing but the retracter sticks, slow moving lap&shold. Steering shaft separates, rattles when hitting bumps hard.

The passengers side seat beat comes undone at times and the speed sensor works intermittently and it leaks gas from around the fuel pump

1999 Mercury Grand Marquis seat belt buckle malfunctioned. The consumer's nephew was unable to unbuckle the seat belt located on the rear of the vehicle. He had to wiggle out of the seat belt to exit the vehicle. Further attempts at unlocking the seat belt buckle were unsuccessfully.
