Why not" shop said an item that controls braking jammed causing the brakes in the front brakes not to retract after releasing pedal therefore destroying calipers pads & rotors. When the vehicle is started, an unusual noise occurs in engine, especially in the morning, then gradually gets louder/more frequent. One day in particular, the vehicle was parked(hot weather), and when the vehicle was started, the noise started again, and was extremely loud/distracting to others. The dealer cannot duplicate, stating that all the models sound this way and is the timing chain. Other problems are as followed: Radio static/window static-when the ignition is on(may be a loose wire, and when the brakes are applied, it engages the brake light switch. The consumer requests that the problem(s) are fixed before the warranty expires. Scc
