The contact owns a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. The contact stated that the rear passenger window was inoperative. She has an electronic power device that controls the window, but it will not roll up. She took the vehicle to the dealer, but they did not know the cause of the failure and could not make a repair. The failure mileage was 35,000. Updated 05/21/08 updated 05/21/08
