The contact owns a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis. The contact stated that there was a very strong fuel odor in the vehicle, which was being emitted from the fuel storage tank. The dealer was contacted and stated that there were no recalls for the vehicle. The vehicle was neither diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage was 39.416.
