The contact owns a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. While driving 5 mph out of a parking space, suddenly, the engine stalled without warning. The vehicle failed to jump start and was towed to an authorized dealer for inspection. The failure was contributed to the battery which was replaced. The contact had concerns of the safety risk involved. The failure mileage was 35,000. Updated 03/19/10. Updated 06/18/10.
