I was at a stop sign. When I got ready to turn right, my steering wheel turned but my tires didn't. I had it towed to my home and then towed to a local Ford company. I was told by an employee there that my car was not approved for the recall repair because of some other damages. The steering gear and column went out as well. I was told that I had to buy the parts to fix the car.

Steering became difficult, hard or chunky steering while driving when making turns. Ford made needed repairs and replaced upper steering shaft. I thought it should have been covered under Ford recall # 13S08 or 14S25
