there are 3 years of this type engine 06, 07, 09 I have the 09

the ford tech says the bolts crystallize due to the heat these engines put off, and than break off. they have to pull the engine to get to one side. for bolts manifold bolts. this can cost up to 2000.00 for bolts manifold bolts ALSO i ask them to replace both side, mine were broke on one side only , the service manager refused to comply which i thought was weird .fortunately they (the other side) started to break while repairing the first side and they had to replace them all. Ive had several peeps tell me theirs broke after one side was repaired. the warranty for repairs doesn't last long 30 days to three months and IT DOES NOT COVER THE ONES YOU DID'NT REPLACE always have both sides repaired or you WILL get a 2nd charge.. and does that charge even sound right for bolts, manifold bolts
