This is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that was sent to dealers, to inform them that a metal popping noise may be heard when opening or closing the tailgate on certain 2020 Outlander Sport vehicles. This TSB instructs dealers how to adjust the position of the brackets to reduce or eliminated the popping noise.
