The contact owns a 2013 Nissan Frontier. The contact stated that while driving less than 2 mph and depressing the brakes, the vehicle unexpectedly lunged forward. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnosis however, the technician was unable to duplicate the problem. The manufacturer was notified of the defect. The approximate failure mileage was 60. Updated 12/30/13 the consumer the brake pedal was located too close to the gas pedal. When the brake was applied, he occasionally hit the gas pedal, which caused the engine to rev and the vehicle to lurch forward.
