The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Frontier. While driving at 40 mph, there was a vibration coming from the front tires of the vehicle. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle was rough idling. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, who stated that the vehicle was equipped with incorrect lug nuts. As a result, the threads had separated from the tires. The technician diagnosed that all lug nuts, studs and tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,000.
