For the last couple of months music can not be played through both usb c or usb a port, using usb drives, usb mp3 player and android phone connected through usb. Have tried multiple usbcables,with same result. I consistantly get static through speakers or audio quits, but file keeps playing. Sometimes turning radio on and off or going through reset procedure works for a short time but problem reappears. I had an appointment at local Nissan dealer today to try to get a remedy to this issue. The dealer said they could not duplicate issue and supposedly did a software update. Update did not work, as problem reappeared before I left parking lot. I went in to report it to Service Agent who came out with Tech, who recorded issue, both said I would have to wait and see if Nissan comes out with another update.
