I have Opel Corsa 2012, Motor #: 8335, Chassis #: 4100283.
I keep doing the services at the Customer Care Centre since I got the Car.
Two Weeks ago, the heat indicator has lighten up so I parked the car and went to the nearest mechanic to check what's the problem. He told me that there is a problem in losing the water and I must go to the serving agency ASAP.
I called their call centre 3 or 4 times and they kept picking up the line with no answer. So I went to their location Sunday May 25th.
They couldn't get back to me till now with the actual problem. They said that there might be a problem with the Motor Cylinder but they can't diagnose till now however it might cost me 35,000 EGP (7,000 $) which isn't an affordable price for me and at the same time equal to 30% of its selling price.
A lot of people told me that such an error isn't common in the new cars - 2 or 3 years consumption only - especially that we are talking here about OPEL - the German brand which many trust. That really raised my doubts that this happened because of manufacturing defect not because of my consumption.
The Car is still at the customer care centre and I really don’t like the way in which they treat me. That way which doesn’t match with “Opel†and at the same time shouldn’t be treated to Opel loyal Customer.
